Position: Associate
Reports to: Project Manager
Type of Position: Freelance / Home Office or Client’s office
Job Summary: The Associate / Junior Associate contributes to Consulting projects as an independent subject matter expert, mainly by compiling content.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

Give expert advice in the context of client projects on aviation-related topics.

Develop and implement aviation-related documentation or information systems.
-
Execute supporting tasks within a team of harmsaviation consultants.
Required Competencies:

Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse project data, and performance metrics to derive and develop content.

Communication: Ability to effectively communicate project content.
-
Customer-Centric Mindset: Focus on delivering value to our clients and their customers and on improving the customer experience.

Result focus: Deliver quality content, focussing on regulatory compliance, simplicity, and efficiency.

Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the aviation industry.

Adaptability: Ability to thrive in teamwork across different cultures.

Willingness and ability to work independently and remotely.

Advanced skills in the Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Fluent in English; other languages are an advantage.
Education and Experience:

A university degree or equivalent education, preferred aviation-related, or business administration and management.

Commercial flying and/or training experience, CBTA or EBT, is preferred.

Basic experience in commercial roles preferred.

Job Summary: The Associate Manager contributes to Consulting projects as an independent subject matter expert in the field of aviation.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

Provide expert advice in the context of client projects on aviation-related topics.

Conceptualize and help implement winning strategies and organizational structures for aviation organisations.

Design, develop and implement aviation-related documentation or information systems.

Train and/or coach customer employees.
-
Execute supporting tasks within a team of harmsaviation associates.
-
Manage smaller projects and concepts independently.

Experience in commercial roles and/or regulatory affairs is preferred.
